I have worked at MySpace.com as a Web designer in London since September 07 and have worked on a variety of projects from building a PHP & MySQL blog RSS aggregation tool to be used on marketing and advertiser profiles to working on userflow and experience diagrams for a Yahoo Fantasy Sport business development pitch. My role has been varied and challenging at times, see below a collection of a few advertiser profiles that I have worked on.
Dotdashcreate started as a university project and has just spiraled out of control into a social network for bloggers. The site allows users to network with like minded bloggers and gives them a platform to promote their blog, the site also has Twitter integration also allowing you to update your twitter status on a fullscreen google map. Along with the Twitter and Google API’s being used the site also gets your latest videos from Vimeo using their API and will soon have Facebook connect compatibility. The site also has an IE and Firefox toolbar plug-in available which allow for easy Twitter map updates from straight within your browser.
Mimitah is a female African artist born in the D.R Congo; then later grew up in the UK, her site is her musical porfolio with links to her social sites, music, videos, and events.
Kate Mcintyre an established TV Presenter and voice over. The site is a collection of her work, including her video showreel and audio demos.
This site is the business of Jennifer Johnston a Scottish tv presenter and voiceover based in London. Jennifer has worked for many clients including the BBC, Apple, HMV, and SKY to name a few. Her site is a collection of her work including audio demos and a tv presenting showreel.
The parish website of St Johns Palmers Green, showing the latest from within the community and surrounding area. The site is now updated and maintained by them.
