I fixed my account in the end by choosing a different username for my suspended account therefore making my username available, so i then registered for a new Twitter account with my username again. I lost all my tweets and followers but i wasn't too bothered as i just told all the people who follow me. My YouTube account was suspended for no reason, I sent them a message and got no reply, until it randomly came back for some reason after about a month (still with no hearing from YouTube). That's the problem with things like that, when it messes up, there is nothing you can do to fix it! That’s the problem with things like that, when it messes up, there is nothing you can do to fix it!
